Sun Worship has been frequently use as a term for “Pagan Worship”. Pagan religion or Polytheism the worship of many gods is what our focus will be on this study and its connection to the modern Christian church. Pagan worship or Pagan Religion is an attempt of Lucifer to be worship as God and be like the most high:

Isaiah 14:12-15 12 “How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer,[ bson of the morning!
How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations!
13 For you have said in your heart:
‘I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
On the farthest sides of the north;
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds,
I will be like the Most High.’

The Pagan religion worship the creation and not the creator, Satan was created, he does not have the power to create but to destroy. John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.  Do you think after the fall of man Satan has stop his deceiving ways? When you go back thru the history of mankind you see many evidences of the fight between good and evil darkness and light ; Abraham, Moses, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Jesus & The disciples to name a few all fought or took a stand against Idolatry till this day the fight continues. Satan has creep his self-created Pagan religion into the religions of today, no wonder nonbelievers sometimes choose to become Atheist rather than to be wrap up into the confusion of all the different believes and controversies surrounding the word of god, but the truth is that the word of god without all the corruption brought up by men with interpretation and customs of man is the absolute truth. I pray and seek the Creator the god of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob to bring the truth into my life. Today I ask you to do the same, it is not about being right or wrong it is about giving all the glory and praise to our Heavenly Father as his son Jesus did and set an example for us to follow.  Pagan Worship is nothing more than a disguise form of Satanic Worship Exodus 20:3-6  3 “You shall have no other gods before Me.

4 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 5 you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.  Today Christian say we are no longer under the law but under grace. But Jesus say Matthew 22:36-40 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’[d] 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’[e] 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” Jesus never abolish the commandments he gave us the helper the Holy Spirit to walk by the spirit and not the flesh. Romans 8:1-2  There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus,[a] who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.  Now from Genesis Chapter 3 The Fall of Man to Revelation Chapter 20  The great White Throne Judgment 20 we can see the work of Satan over and over again The Wickedness and Judgment of Man ( The flood), Nimrod and the Tower of Babel, Pagan Worship in Babylon Isaiah 47:12 “Stand now with your enchantments
And the multitude of your sorceries,
In which you have labored from your youth.

Egypt, Greece, Persia, Rome & Today.  There is biblical, historical & archeological evidence on the Satanic roots of some of the current Christian traditions today. The worship of other gods like (to name a few) all born on December 25 the day the Christian church celebrates the birth of Christ:

Today the Christian church still follows Pagan Teachings, Pagan Rituals, Pagan Worship days, Pagan Symbols & Pagan Festivals. Constantine the Roman Emperor over 300 years after the death of our savior merge the two religions Christian & Pagan to form a new breed of Christianity that  some of us follow till this day. The following is a list of Pagan Practices on the Christian Church today without any biblical truth but plenty of Pagan roots like:

Pagan Teachings:
Priest & Pastors trusting in man not God
The creation of temples
The structure of the service
The Sermon

Pagan Rituals:
Praying in a circle reaching out the power of the circle instead trusting the power of God
Speaking in tongues without an interpreter
Slay in the spirit

Pagan Worship Day:
Sunday instead of the Sabbath (Friday sundown to Saturday sundown)

The Cross

Pagan Holidays:
New Year
Valentine Day
Halloween (now call Fall Fest)

I spent a lot of time searching for the root of this issue and the Lord spoke to my spirit to quote the following scripture 2 Timothy 4:3-5 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. 5 But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. The lord has brought the truth about the harlotry (Idolatry) we are committing against him Revelation 17:5-6 And on her forehead a name was written:

MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT,
THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS
AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS
OF THE EARTH.

6 I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement. The bible says Ephesians 5:26-27 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. We supposed to be the church without blemish. How can we then say that is ok to cheat on God? How can we say that we love him? Jesus said John 14: 15 15 “If you love Me, keep[d] My commandments. All I ask seek the truth it will set you free, free indeed. Today I ask you. Do you want to take a stand against harlotry against our God? Shalom
